Join us for Art Walk with May’s Featured Artist Melana Bontrager. Drawing inspiration from the richness of nature in the Pacific Northwest, Bontrager’s compositions reference the layers in soil and jagged patterns in rock and their relation to our built environments. It is the physical interaction between shape and line that she finds so compelling, due to these natural elements simultaneously offering a soothing element of repetition, and an unsettling element of fragmentation. The artist will be in attendance and refreshments will be served. As always, this event is free and open to the public!

Join us for the April Art Walk in celebration of our current exhibition “Seattle Streets” by Robin Weiss. As a full-time artist, working mostly in plein air, Robin Weiss' appreciation for the incredible beauty that surrounds us is the primary inspiration for his work. Weiss strives to reflect that beauty on canvas, utilizing light and color to create a scene that captures the eye and draws a person in to experience the atmosphere of the place. Also on view in April will be new work from Joshua Monuteaux and C.A. Pierce! As usual, this event is free, open to the public, and refreshments will be served.

Pierce and Gordy Edberg.
Join us for the opening reception of “77SQ.FT”, a collection of new mixed-media works from Seattle artist, Joshua Monuteaux. In his 77 sq. ft studio, Monuteaux creates abstracted depictions of some of Seattle’s most familiar locations, deconstructed, yet still instantly recognizable to locals. Through his process of collaging cut paper and other found materials, Monuteaux reminds us of all the layers and elements that come together to make up our beautiful city. The variety in color, pattern, texture and shape adding visual interest to the patchwork of city life.
The first happy hour of 2019 is coming, and it's going to be a good one! Edberg's oil paintings utilize color and texture in a way that must be appreciated in person. Join us for appetizers, refreshments, and live music by Tobias the Owl.
Tobias the Owl is a critically-acclaimed, award winning musical collective, based in the Pacific Northwest. For this performance the lineup will include Elijah Dhavvan + Alyssa Martini.

Join us for the opening reception of “Fractured Terrain”, a collection of paintings by Whidbey Island painter Gordy Edberg. Ebdberg’s paintings distill the elements of landscape down to structural color fields of shape and texture, hinting at Edberg’s background in architecutre. The artist will be in attendance and refreshments will be served, including a special Kombucha tasting provided by GT’s Living Foods.

Leonard creates flowing abstract compositions using alcohol inks on canvas and claybord, come talk to her about her process and view these stunning works in person! Leonard's abstract works created with alcohol inks result in flowing, organic compositions. For the Month of July, the gallery will offer a colorful group show of 8 of our local artists and will be specially featuring Chilean artist Patri O'Connor!
Patri will be showcasing some of her trademark depictions of Alki Beach reminiscent of her time here in Seattle from 2008-2015. She will also be bringing works with her depicting her new life in her homeland of Chile...it will be a fascinating artistic juxtaposition!

We love our intimate concerts in the gallery! This month we are proud to host the 'alternative soul' of locally acclaimed singer songwriter Whitney Mongé!
Whitney learned to capture the power of authenticity while honing her skills as a street performer. Raised with rhythm and blues in her blood, but while growing up in the Pacific Northwest, her music was heavily influenced by the rock scene of the 90’s coining her own genre, Alternative Soul.
